Welcome to The Herbal Eye! I’m Sylvia Sheehy, a passionate medical herbalist, iridologist, and vitalistic nutritionist. I offer engaging talks and workshops for businesses, organisations, schools, and community groups on a wide range of topics related to herbal medicine and wellness. I’m happy to tailor each session to suit your group’s needs or share examples from my previous workshops, including those I've done with the community and for organisations like Carers Ireland.

I chose the name The Herbal Eye because iridology is a key tool I use in my consultations, allowing me to observe patterns in the iris that help guide and personalise herbal support. As a fully qualified herbalist and iridologist, I am deeply passionate about my training and use this knowledge to view the body as a whole, working gently and naturally with each individual rather than treating symptoms in isolation.
